Abstract

Every organization of private companies and government must have good assets tangible or intangible. Especially in one of the NGOs in the Millennium Challenge Account Indonesia (MCA-Indonesia). As the opinion of Compact competitive grants managed by Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) United States. The Government of Indonesia and MCC are working together to tackle poverty through sustainable economic growth. Proper asset management process will make the assets owned by the company or organization more optimal. The complexity of asset procurement in today's environment signals that managers and related agencies are no longer able to work in isolation. Moreover in MCA-Indonesia asset management still uses HVS paper and Excel program as asset data recording, which can be morally (time-consuming) and also has an impact on the morale (excessive financial expenditure on paper usage). Because the asset management process has not been implemented maximally, then in this study is planned an enterprise architecture for the asset management process. So with these tools at least can reduce errors caused by humans. The construction of this online asset management system, using the FIFO algorithm. With this online asset management application as information technology allows people to obtain information from distant places in a short time and with a low cost. It is also expected to overcome the existing constraints, to assist in the management and recording of asset data, to achieve optimum utilization of assets and optimize the administration work of reporting, receiving and asset management data. Keywords: Management, Assets, Data, MCA-Indonesia, FIFO Setiap organisasi perusahaan swasta maupun pemerintah tentunya memiliki aset baik yang berwujud (tangible) maupun tidak berwujud (intagible). Terutama di salah satu lembag NGO yaitu di Millennium Challenge Account Indonesia (MCA-Indonesia). Sebagai pendapat hibah kompetitif Compact yang dikelola oleh Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) Amerika Serikat. Pemerintah Indonesia dan MCC yang bekerjasama untuk menanggulangi kemiskinan melalui pertumbuhan ekonomi berkelanjutan. Proses manajemen aset yang dilakukan dengan tepat akan membuat aset yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan atau organisasi lebih optimal. Kompleksitas dalam pengadaan aset dalam lingkungan masa kini mensinyalkan bahwa pengelola dan instansi-instansi yang terkait tidak lagi dapat bekerja secara terisolasi. Terlebih lagi di MCA-Indonesia pengelolaan aset yang masih menggunakan kertas HVS dan program Excel sebagai pencatatan data aset, yang bisa berdampak moral (memakan waktu) dan juga berdampak pada segi moril (pengeluaran keuangan yang berlebih terhadap pemakaian kertas). Karena proses manajemen aset belum terlaksana dengan maksimal, maka pada penelitian ini direncanakan sebuah arsitektur enterprise untuk proses manajemen aset. Sehingga dengan tools ini setidaknya dapat mengurangi kesalahan yang disebabkan oleh manusia. Pembangunan sistem manajemen asset online ini, menggunakan algoritma FIFO. Dengan adanya aplikasi manajemen aset secara online ini sebagai teknologi informasi memungkinkan manusia untuk memperoleh informasi dari tempat yang berjauhan dalam waktu yang singkat dan dengan biaya yang murah. Juga diharapkan dapat mengatasi kendala yang ada, dapat membantu pengelolaan dan pencatatan data aset, dapat mencapai penggunaan serta pemanfaatan aset secara optimum (optimizing the utilization of assets) dan dapat mengoptimalkan kerja administrasi pelaporan, penerimaan, dan data pengelolaan aset.
