Abstract
DINING TABLE AND PROMOTION UMBRELLA BASED ON SOLAR CELLS Written Project Report Study Programs Product Design Mercu Buana University Bekasi, 2017 By Febrian Adi Irawan 41913320018 ABSTRACT In designing a product, consumer needs is an important aspect. However, manufacturers sometimes ignore this in order to produce a product with a cheap price. In general, dining tables and promotional umbrellas only have a single function. This study aims to identify the voice of consumers related to the form as well as the function of the table and umbrella at this time. So that revealed the problems and complaints that exist to be studied to produce product innovation on the application of solar cells into products that meet the level of satisfaction expected by consumers. The results of this study contain garden tables and umbrellas that have solar cell bebasis lights. Tetapi, produsen terkadang mengabaikan hal ini demi menghasilkan produk dengan harga yang murah. Pada umumnya, Meja Makan dan Payung Promosi hanya memiliki fungsi tunggal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi suara konsumen terkait bentuk sekaligus fungsi meja dan payung saat ini. Sehingga terungkap masalah dan keluhan yang ada untuk dikaji menghasilkan inovasi produk pada penerapan sel surya kedalam produk yang memenuhi tingkat kepuasan yang diharapkan oleh konsumen. Hasil dari penelitian ini terdapat meja taman dan payung yang memiliki lampu bebasis sel surya. Kata kunci: Meja, Meja Lampu, Payung, Payung Lampu, Desain Produk, Inovasi Produk
