Abstract

Android is an operating system for smartphones based on Linux. Android provides an open platform for developers to create their own applications that are used by various mobile devices. One of the most rapid mobile devices is the cellphone where the development of technology is getting faster and faster, especially information and communication technology. With the current situation which is all practical or instant, in this research methodology a price system will be created that will easily record Android-based expenses and income on the goods they sell. So the seller does not need to record every price of the goods he sells in the store. The application of bar code technology to a shopping system in a store with an Android device can speed up the transaction process between sellers and buyers. If this implementation is successful, it will be distributed to sellers of small shops such as grocery stores that provide our daily needs. Key words: Bar Code, Android, Shop Android adalah sistem operasi untuk smartphone yang berbasis Linux. Android menyediakan platform terbuka bagi para pengemang untuk menciptakan aplikasi mereka sendiri yang telah digunakan oleh bermacam peranti bergerak. Salah satu perangkat mobile yang paling pesat adalah Handphone dimana Perkembangan teknologi semakin pesat dan cepat, khususnya teknologi informasi dan komunikasi. Dengan keadaaan sekarang yang serba praktis atau instant maka pada metodologi penelitian ini akan dibuat sistem harga barang yang akan mudah mencatat pengeluaran dan penghasilan berbasis android pada barang yang mereka jual. Sehingga penjual tidak perlu untuk mencatat setiap harga barang yang ia jual di toko tersebut. Penerapan teknologi bar code pada sistem pembelanjaan di sebuah toko dengan perangkat android dapat mempercepat proses transaksi antara penjual dan pembeli. Jika pengimplementasian ini berhasil maka akan di distribusikan untuk kepada para penjual toko-toko kecil contohnya toko sembako yang menyediakan kebutuhan kita sehari-hari.
