Abstract
Strategic area has the effect of being used as a place of interest for the community to obtain better life capacity. The essence of life is the success of achieving a balance between family, modern comfort, religious, ideals and work. To achieve these objectives, contributions and commitments are needed in the form of residential containers and appropriate activities. Islamic Boarding School Bogor is a modern Islamic boarding school, vertical dormitory with all the facilities that are sufficient to meet the needs of boarding and boarding students, Islamic Boarding school has facilities for study areas, mosques, guesthouses for guests, shops, bathrooms, shared kitchens, parking cars, and housing units for the owners and managers of Islamic vertical boarding schools as many as 17 units of rooms with a height of 3 floors. Islamic Boarding school has a number of units for the allocation of 100 souls. The Islamic Boarding School has an area of 10,000m2 dedicated to parks, buildings, parking lots and facilities with modern tropical themes, including High Quality Schools, Health Clinic, Parks, Outdoor Sport Areas, and Commercial Areas. Praktikan guided by the architect of the project helps draw a drawing plan and pieces throughout the region along with the stages of development, make the polyline intensity of public facilitation, and make the calculation of the intensity of social faculties. Keyword: architecture design, urban architecture, green architecture Strategisnya suatu wilayah mempunyai dampak dijadikannya sebagai tempat tujuan masyarakat untuk memperoleh kapasitas kehidupan yang lebih baik. Hakikat kehidupan adalah keberhasilan mencapai keseimbangan antara keluarga, kenyamanan modern, yang religius, cita-cita dan pekerjaan. Untuk meraih tujuan tersebut diperlukan adanya kontribusi dan komitmen dalam bentuk wadah hunian dan aktifitas yang tepat guna. Islamic Boarding School Bogor adalah Suatu kawasan Pesantren modern , Asrama vertikal dengan segala fasilitasanya yang cukup memenuhi kebutuhan Para siswa asrama dan Pengelola Pesantren, Islamic Boarding school memiliki fasilitas area belajar, masjid, guesthouse untuk para tamu, Pertokoan, kamar mandi, dapur bersama, parkiran mobil, dan unit rumah untuk pemilik dan pengelola islamic boarding school vertikal sebanyak 17 Unit Kamar dengan tinggi 3 lantai. Islamic Boarding school memiliki jumlah unit Untuk peruntukan 100 jiwa. Islamic Boarding School memiliki lahan seluas 1.400m2 didedikasikan untuk taman ,bangunan, parkiran dan fasilitas yang bertema modern tropis, diantaranya adalah High Quality Schools, Health Clinic, Kolam, Taman, Outdoor Sport Area, dan Commercial Area. Praktikan yang dibimbing oleh arsitek proyek membantu membuat gambar denah dan potongan seluruh kawasan beserta tahapan pembangunannya, membuat polyline intensitas fasum-fasos, dan membuat perhitungan intensitas fasos-fasum.
