Abstract
Difficulty in following the skill arena, there is no place to contribute ideas that have, inadequate and unsystematic relations. Is a basic assumption that is proven through human-centered collaboration and information technology based, the existence of projects, the exchange of ideas, skills, having senders, messages, media, recipients, feedback, apply the A-A Procedure model [3], Iterative, RUP Iterative Process (rational unified process), RUP Phase, CRC (component, responsibility, collaborator), DFD (Data Flow Diagram), OOAD (Object Oriented Analysis and Design), UML (unified modeling languange), PDM (Physical Data Model), and System Prototype. The above found the goal for collaboration based on skills, technology, position, sector of choice, systematic verification, relevant recommendations, as well as benefits, and great uses in Indonesia. The result is that this research is proven and suitable. Generating an Android phone-based prototype, interconnected collaboration, centered on human resources, assist the activeness of human resources, provide the appropriate type of activity through a verification system, and also recommendations. Key words: software engineering, information technology, communication strategies, collaboration systems, android Kesulitan mengikuti ajang keterampilan, tidak ada wadah untuk menyumbangkan gagasan yang dipunya, relasi yang tidak cukup dan tidak sistematis. Merupakan anggapan dasar yang dibuktikan melalui kolaborasi yang berpusat pada manusia dan berbasis teknologi informasi, adanya projek, pertukaran ide, keterampilan, memiliki pengirim, pesan, media, penerima, umpan balik, menerapkan model A-A Procedure, Iteratif, Proses Iteratif RUP (rational unified process), Fase RUP, CRC (component, responsibility, collaborator), DFD (Data Flow Diagram), OOAD (Object Oriented Analysis and Design), UML (unified modeling languange), PDM (Physical Data Model), dan Prototipe Sistem. Hal diatas mendapati tujuan untuk terjadinya kolaborasi berdasarkan keterampilan, teknologi, posisi, sektor pilihan, verifikasi yang tersistem, rekomendasi yang relevan, serta memberi manfaat, dan kegunaan besar di Indonesia. Hasilnya adalah penelitian ini dinyatakan teruji, dan sesuai. Menghasilkan prototipe berbasis android telepon, kolaborasi yang saling terhubung, berpusat pada sumber daya manusia, membantu keaktifan sumber daya manusia, memberi tipe kegiatan yang sesuai melalui sistem verifikasi, dan juga rekomendasi.
