Abstract

Penyakit diare masih merupakan masalah kesehatan masyarakat di negara berkembang seperti di Indonesia. Berdasarkan hasil survei yang dilakukan di Puskesmas Kembangan selama 2 bulan terakhir, diketahui bahwa penderita penyakit diare mengalami peningkatan. Penyakit diare disebabkan kurangnya kebersihan serta pola hidup yang tidak sehat. Gastroenteritis merupakan suatu penyakit dimana orang akan merasakan diare serta muntah yang diakibatkan oleh peradangan atau infeksi pada dinding saluran pencernaan, terutama usus dan lambung. Gastroenteritis memiliki gejala sebagai berikut, yaitu; mules, diare, nyeri perut, mual, dan muntah. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan yang dilakukan bahwa pasien M memiliki nilai dengan indikator tertinggi, dimana pasien tersebut berkemungkinan paling tinggi terkena Gastroenteritis. Sedangkan pasien lainnya berkemungkinan rendah terkena Gastroenteritis ditentukan berdasarkan hasil perhitungan gejala yang dialami semua pasien. Kata kunci: Gastroenteritis, analytical hierarchy process. Diarrhea is still a public health problem in developing countries such as Indonesia. Based on the results of a survey conducted at the Kembangan Health Center for the last 2 months, it is known that the number of sufferers of diarrheal disease has increased. Diarrhea is caused by a lack of hygiene and an unhealthy lifestyle. Gastroenteritis is a disease in which people will experience diarrhea and vomiting caused by inflammation or infection of the walls of the digestive tract, especially the intestines and stomach. Gastroenteritis has the following symptoms, namely; heartburn, diarrhea, abdominal pain, nausea, and vomiting. Based on the results of calculations carried out that patient M has the highest indicator value, where the patient has the highest probability of developing gastroenteritis. Meanwhile, other patients have a low probability of developing gastroenteritis based on the results of the calculation of the symptoms experienced by all patients.
