Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Lokasi, Harga, dan Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan (Studi Kasus di Copperclub Specialty Coffee Jakarta). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 konsumen. Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah sebanyak 50 responden, dihitung berdasarkan rumus Slovin. Metode penarikan sample menggunakan Probability Sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa (1) Lokasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan. Hal ini berarti apabila lokasi yang strategis maka kepuasan pelanggan juga akan meningkat. (2) Harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan. Hal ini berarti apabila harga terjangkau maka kepuasan pelanggan juga akan meningkat. (3) Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan. Hal ini berarti apabila Kualitas Pelayanan meningkat maka kepuasan pelanggan juga akan meningkat. Kata Kunci : Lokasi, Harga, Kualitas Pelayanan, dan Kepuasan Pelanggan This study aims to analyze the effect of Location, Price, and Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction (Case Study at Copperclub Specialty Coffee Jakarta). The population in this study were 100 consumers. The sample used is 50 respondents, calculated based on the Slovin formula. The sampling method uses Probability Sampling. Methods of data collection using survey methods, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. Data analysis method using Partial Least Square. This study proves that (1) Location has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. This means that if the location is strategic, customer satisfaction will also increase. (2) Price has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. This means that if the price is affordable then customer satisfaction will also increase. (3) Service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. This means that if the quality of service increases, customer satisfaction will also increase.
