Abstract
This research aims to analyze the average financial performance before and after Go Public. Going Public was the sale of shares by the company either in part or in whole to other parties in order to improve the performance and value of the company, increase the benefits for the State and society. Variables to be analyzed is the financial performance which include Return On Equity (ROE), Return On Investment (ROI), the cash Ratio, current ratio, Collection Period, accounts receivable Turnover, Total Asset Turnover Ratio, Total Capital to Total Assets, Debt Ratio and Debt To Equity Ratio on its own. .The sample of this research is the companies that already go public from 2004-2016. Financial Information is taken two years prior to and two year after the implementation of Go Public Keywords: Go Public, financial ratios, financial performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis rata-rata kinerja keuangan sebelum dan sesudah Go Public. Go Public adalah penjualan saham perseroan baik sebagian atau seluruhnya kepada pihak lain dalam rangka meningkatkan kinerja dan nilai perusahaan, memperbesar manfaat bagi Negara dan masyarakat. Variabel yang akan dianalisis adalah kinerja keuangan yang meliputi Return On Equity (ROE), Return On Investment (ROI), Rasio kas, Rasio Lancar, Collection Period, Perputaran Piutang, Perputaran Total Asset, Rasio total modal sendiri terhadap total asset, Debt Ratio dan Debt To Equity Ratio. .Sampel penelitian ini adalah perusahaan-perusahaan konstruksi yang melakukan Go Public dari tahun 2004 - 2016. Data-data keuangan perushaaan yang diambil adalah dua tahun sebelum dan dua tahun sesudah pelaksanaan Go Public. Kata Kunci: Go Public, Rasio Keuangan, Kinerja Keuangan
