Abstract
ABSTRAK Cooling Tower adalah pendingin mesin/peralatan industri yang mengunakan media air . Mesin yang bekerja dengan efektif yang mengurangi bahkan tidak mengakibatkan down time pada produksi adalah impian bagi semua perusahaan. Mesin/peralatan industri sangat membutuhkan kualitas pendingin yang baik, namun merawat mesin tidak semudah membeli. Manusia memiliki keterbatasan untuk mengamati sesuatu secara berkala. Berdasarkan kasus itu, prototipe sistem auto drain pada coling tower di buat. Prototipe ini menggunakan Turbidity Sensor dan Ultrasonic sensor , sehingga sangat efektif untuk menjaga tingkat kejernihan dan ketingian level pendingin. Sistem pendukung untuk memproses data menggunakan Ardiuno Atmega ,data yang diperoleh dari sensor akan diproses di Ardiuno dan nilai pembacaan akan ditampilkan pada LCD. Sehingga menunjukkan bahwa sistem bekerja dengan baik (kejernihan dan level pendingin pada cooling tower stabil). Sistem ini dapat menghemat sumber daya manusia dan waktu secara efisien. ABSTRACT Cooling Tower is a cooling machine / industrial equipment that uses water media. Machines that work effectively that reduce or not even lead to downtime in production are a dream for all companies. Industrial machines / equipment really need a good quality cooler, but maintaining the engine is not as easy as buying. Humans have limitations to observe things regularly. Based on that case, the prototype auto drain system on the coling tower was made. This prototype uses Turbidity Sensor and Ultrasonic sensor, so it is very effective to maintain the level of clarity and coolness level of coolant. Support system for processing data using Ardiuno Atmega, data obtained from the sensor will be processed in Ardiuno and the reading value will be displayed on the LCD. So it shows that the system is working well (clarity and cooling level on the cooling tower is stable). This system can save human resources and time efficiently.
