Abstract

In the construction of the Sanjiwani General Hospital in Gianyar, the progress of work up to the 42nd week based on the S-curve should have reached 92.845% but what happened in the field was 91.847%. So that the work process experienced a slight delay with a deviation of 0.998%. to be bigger than planned. Thus, to increase effectiveness in monitoring and controlling the work process activities of the Sanjwani Hospital construction project, a method is needed that can meet the above problems, namely using the Earned Value Concept method. The purpose of this study was to determine the cause of the delay in the performance of the implementation of the construction project of the Sanjiwani Hospital, to find out the results of the prediction analysis of the time and cost of the Sanjiwani Hospital project in completing the project work and to find out the solution to the results of the cost and time performance analysis with the concept of Earned Value on the construction project of the RSUD Sanjiwani. Sanjiwani. The results of the analysis of the construction of the Sanjiwani Hospital Gianyar based on the Earned Value concept are the causes that make the performance of the work implementation of the Sanjiwani Hospital project the problem of changing plans in the 17th week and delays in the supply of materials so that the work is less than optimal, Based on the Earned Value Analysis the Sanjiwani Hospital project takes 399 days (9 days late from the plan) and requires a fee of Rp. 138,237,728,467 or still requires a fee of Rp. 3,299,236,467 to complete the project starting from the 42nd week. Dalam pembangunan RSUD Sanjiwani Gianyar progres pekerjaan sampai dengan minggu ke-42 berdasarkan kurva-S seharusnya mencapai 92,845% tetapi yang terjadi di lapangan 91,847%. Sehinga proses pekerjaan mengalami sedikit keterlambatan dengan deviasi 0,998%. menjadi lebih besar dari rencana. Dengan demikian untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dalam memantau dan mengendalikan kegiatan proses pekerjaan proyek pembangunan RSUD Sanjwani, diperlukan metode yang bisa memenuhi permasalahan di atas yaitu menggunakan metode Konsep Nilai Hasil (Earned Value). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penyebab kinerja pelaksanaan pekerjaan proyek pembangunan RSUD Sanjiwani mengalami keterlambatan, untuk mengetahui hasil analisis prediksi waktu dan biaya proyek RSUD Sanjiwani dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaan proyek dan untuk mengetahui solusi hasil analisis kinerja biaya dan waktu dengan konsep Earned Value pada proyek pembangunan RSUD Sanjiwani. Hasil analisis pembangunan RSUD Sanjiwani Gianyar berdasarkan konsep Earned Value adalah Penyebab yang membuat kinerja pelaksanaan pekerjaan proyek RSUD Sanjiwani adalah adanya permasalahan perubahan rencana pada minggu ke-17 dan keterlambatan supply material sehingga membuat pekerjaan kurang maksimal, Berdasarkan Analisis Earned Value proyek RSUD Sanjiwani membutuhkan waktu 399 hari (terlambat 9 hari dari rencana) dan membutuhkah biaya sebesar Rp 138.237.728.467 atau masih membutuhkan biaya sebesar Rp 3.299.236.467 untuk menyelesaikan proyek terhitung dari minggu ke-42.
