Abstract
ABSTRAK Robot yang kali ini akan di buat adalah Robot Lengan atau pencengkram benda yang ditujukan untuk mencengkram atau clamp product yang akan dilakukan pada proses pencelupan dengan media Oli anti karat menggantikan proses yang semula manual menjadi otomatis agar mengurangi lost time. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk membuktikan alat yang dirancang atau di buat agar mampu bergerak secara otomatis. Hasil yang telah dicapai dari tugas akhir ini adalah alat yang dibuat mampu bergerak sesuai dengan yang diinginkan setelah melalui tes kalibrasi dengan aplikasi setting pergerakan mengunakan potensiometer serta dapat menampilkan nilai pergerakan motor servo dengan media LCD sebagai indikator. Kata kunci : Lengan Robot, motor servo dan LCD ABSTRACT This time the robot will be made is a Robot Arm or object grip which is intended to grip or clamp the product which will be carried out in the dyeing process with the media. Stainless oil replaces the process that was originally manual to be automatic in order to reduce lost time. The goal to be achieved in this research is to prove that the tool is designed or made to be able to move automatically. The results that have been achieved from this thesis is a tool that is made able to move as desired after going through a calibration test with the movement setting application using a potentiometer and can display the value of the movement of the servo motor with LCD media as an indicator.
