Abstract
ABSTRAK Pencetakan jalur pada PCB seringkali mengalami beberapa kendala apabila dicetak secara manual. Memiliki alat yang dapat mencetak langsung pada PCB dengan akurat akan sangat membantu untuk mengatasi masalah yang mungkin timbul dalam proses pembuatan PCB. Prototype mesin CNC dirancang dan dibuat untuk melakukan pekerjaan mencetak langsung pada papan PCB. Desainnya yang plug and play memudahkan proses perakitan dan upgrade komponen. Mikrokontroler atmega 328p mengontrol dua motor stepper 28byj-48 dengan driver motor IC A4988 dan satu buah motor servo. Dengan bantuan Software GBRL Controller, Mikrokontroler atmega 328p dikirimkan sekumpulan kode G secara kontinu dan mengeksekusi data tersebut menjadi gerakan motor sesuai desain yang telah dirancang. Hasil yang didapat dari tugas akhir ini yaitu mesin dapat bergerak sesuai ukuran yang terdapat pada komputer. Namun terdapat error 0,1 mm pada sumbu X yang mengakibatkan pencetakan kurang presisi di sebabkan end effector yang mudah goyah. Kata kunci : Mikrokontroler, CNC, PCB ABSTRACT Printing track PCBs which often experience several obstacles when printed manually. Having a tool that can print directly on a PCB accurately will help to overcome problems that may arise in the PCB manufacturing process. CNC machine prototypes are designed and made for print directly on a PCB .The plug and play design makes it easy to process and upgrade components. Atmega 328p microcontroller controls two 28byj-48 stepper motors with A4988 IC motor drivers and one common servo motor . With the help of GBRL Controller Software, atmega 328p microcontroller is sent a set of G codes continuously and executes the data into a motor motion according to the design that has been designed. The result of this final project is the machine can move in any size on computer. However it’s error 0,1 mm in the X axis wich result in the lack of precision printing caused the end efffectror easy to falter. Keywords: Microcontroller, CNC, PCB
