Abstract
ABSTRAK Sistem Otomasi Terintegrasi teknologi induction furnance, Induction furnance terdiri dari komponen-komponen catu daya, coil induction dan sistem pendingin. Proses yang di lakukan pada induction furnance menjamin keberlangsungan proses produksi cikal bakal emas murni, pada mulanya proses bahan baku batangan emas yang masih tercampur dengan kotoran diolah, proses ini dilakukan pada bagian tungku atau pada coil induction. Sistem Otomasi Terintegrasi teknologi induction furnance begitu canggih tetapi ada kekurangan dalam sistem ini, kekurangan yang menyebabkan produksi emas tidak mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan, kerusakan yang terjadi pada coil induction yang menimbulkan current limit pada control panel induction furnance adalah coil induction. Coil induction ini berfungsi sebagai tempat lebur bahan, coil induction ini dilakukan perbaikan dan hasil kuantitas produksi bisa meningkat minimal 10% target divisi maintenance dari sebelumnya. Dan kadar kualitas emas sebesar 99,92 %. Kata Kunci — Induction Furnance,Coil Induction,Kuantitas 10%, Kadar Emas 99,92%
