Abstract
ABSTRAK Proyek x merupakan proyek perluasan fasilitas gas process facility production yang ada. Salah satu paket proyek telekomunikasinya adalah Public Address & General Alarm (PAGA) system, yaitu sebuah system yang mendistribusikan nada alarm, pesan pra-rekam, pesan suara darurat dan pesan suara rutin ke semua atau beberapa area fasilitas dengan menggunakan pengeras suara/ speaker. Keefektifan / sound coverage dari sebuah speaker yang dipasang pada area – area tertentu sangat tergantung pada signal noise ratio.. Dari hasil penelitian ini dihasilkan nilai perhitungan SNR di process area titik A1-A14 memiliki rentang nilai SNR terendah sebesar 5 dB (dalam skala decimal rasio 1,05 kali terhdap level noise) dengan nilai SPL 105.07 dB dimana nilai noise sebesar 100.07 dB serta memiliki nilai SNR tertinggi sebesar 20.1 dB dalam skala decimal rasio 1,25 kali terhdap level noise) dengan nilai SPL 102.89 dB dengan nilai noise sebesar 82.79 dB. One of the telecommunications project packages is the Public Address & General Alarm (PAGA) system, which is a system that complements alarm tones, pre-recorded messages, emergency voice messages and routine voice messages to all or areas that use speakers / speakers. The effectiveness / sound range of the speakers installed in certain areas is very dependent on the signal noise ratio. From the results of this study the SNR calculation value in the process area point A1-A14 has the lowest SNR value of 5 dB (in a decimal scale ratio of 1.05 times to noise level) with an SPL value of 105.07 dB while a noise value of 100.07 dB and has the highest SNR value of 20.1 dB on a decimal scale 1.25 times the ratio of noise level) with an SPL value of 102.89 dB with a noise value of 82.79 dB..
