Abstract
ABSTRAK Menjaga kebersihan merupakan hal yang sangat utama dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan manusia, termasuk dibidang Industri makanan. Tangan dan kulit individu merupakan tipe paling utama dalam terjadinya kontaminasi terutama dalam proses produksi. Mencuci tangan menjadi cara paling cepat dan tepat dalam mencegah kontaminasi. Mencuci tangan idealnya menggunakan sistem wastafel yang terdiri dari sabun, pengering tangan, cairan antiseptik dan kran air manual. Untuk membuka dan menutup kran air pengguna harus bersentuhan dengan kran. Saat membuka, keadaan tangan pengguna dalam keadaan kotor (berkuman, bakteri, virus) dan kemudian setelah mencuci tangan, pengguna harus bersentuhan kembali dengan kran yang sebelumnya bersentuhan dengan tangan yang dalam keadaan kotor untuk menutupnya. Sistem Sterilisasi ke Filling Room Berbasis Outseal PLC dapat menjadi solusi atas permasalahan tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil analisa dan pengujian yang telah dilakukan pada pembuatan alat, sistem bekerja sesuai program yang telah dirancang dan telah dilakukan 10 kali percobaan dengan persentase keberhasilan 100%. Kata kunci : Filling Room, Outseal, PLC Maintaining cleanliness is a very important thing in various aspects of human life, including in the food industry. Individual hands and skin are the most important types of contamination, especially in the production process. Hand washing is the fastest and most appropriate way to prevent contamination. Washing hands should ideally use a sink system consisting of soap, hand dryer, antiseptic liquid and manual water faucets. To open and close the water tap, the user must come in contact with the tap. When opening, the user's hands are dirty (germs, bacteria, viruses) and then after washing their hands, the user must come back in contact with a faucet that had previously been in contact with a dirty hand to close it. Sterilization System to Filling Room Based Outseal PLC can be a solution to these problems. Based on the results of analysis and testing that has been done in the manufacture of tools, the system works according to the program that has been designed and has been carried out 10 times with a percentage of 100% success.
