Abstract

This research is intended to analyze the influence of job motivation and job satisfaction toward the teachers’ working performance at Global Mandiri School Cibubur. The research data are the primary data compiled directly from the population consisting of 207 teachers, 67 teachers to be the sample using random sampling method. The method of analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression. The result showed that Job Motivation and Job Satisfaction simultaneously are having significant influence to the teachers’ performance. Partially Job Motivation had significantly influenced on the teachers’ performance. Partially Job Satisfaction had significantly influenced on the teachers’ performance. Job Motivation is the biggest significant variable in influencing the teachers’ performance at Global Mandiri School Cibubur. Keywords: job motivation, job satisfaction, teachers’ performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja guru di Sekolah Global Mandiri Cibubur. Data penelitian merupakan data primer yang diperoleh secara langsung dari populasi keseluruhan 207 guru dan 67 guru sebagai sampel dengan metode random sampling. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerjasecara bersama-sama (simultan) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja guru Sekolah Global Mandiri Cibubur. Secara parsial motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kinerja guru Sekolah Global Mandiri Cibubur, sedangkan kepuasan kerja juga berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kinerja guru Sekolah Global Mandiri Cibubur. Motivasi kerja merupakan variabel yang paling besar pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja guru Sekolah Global Mandiri Cibubur. Kata kunci: motivasi kerja, kepuasan kerja, kinerja guru
