Abstract

In the world of education, there is often the spotlight about the quality of better education, but in fact what is currently happening is dissatisfaction with students who no longer want to be generalized to other students who have the best talent in themselves that they want in education and their future lives. the lack of influence of character education that has been taught to students, we can see now that there are many cases involving violations of values and morals committed by students such as sexual harassment, drug use, alcohol etc. Teaching methods should not only focus on academics. This is because students have various abilities that differ from one another. These abilities should not be ignored by the school, but must be developed. The ability of students is certainly not only academic. The ability to sing, exercise, and so on must also be considered by the school. Then the monotonous form of school buildings often makes students bored at school. Moreover, some of the facilities at the school are not as cool as elsewhere. Some school toilets are considered haunted, rundown canteens, or dirty classroom corners make the desire to linger at school disappear. Keywords: junior and senior high school, art school, art and science, personalized curriculum, modern concept school. Dalam dunia pendidikan sering menjadi sorotan tentang mutu pendidikan yang lebih baik namun nyatanya saat ini yang sedang terjadi adalah ketidak puasan terhadap siswa/wi yang tidak ingin lagi disamaratakan dengan murid yang lain memiliki bakat terbaik dalam diri yang diinginkan dalam pendidikan dan kehidupannya kelak. kurangnya pengaruh pendidikan karakter yang telah di ajarkan kepada peserta didik, bisa kita lihat sekarang banyak sekali kasus yang menyangkut pelanggaran-pelanggaran nilai dan moral yang dilakukan oleh peserta didik seperti pelecehan seksual, pemakaian narkoba, miras dll. metode pengajaran sebaiknya tidak hanya difokuskan pada akademik saja. Ini mengingat bahwa siswa memiliki berbagai macam kemampuan yang berbeda-beda satu sama lain. Kemampuan-kemampuan itu tidak boleh diabaikan oleh pihak sekolah, tetapi harus dikembangkan. Kemampuan siswa tentu tidak hanya akademik. Kemampuan bernyanyi, berolahraga, dan seterusnya juga mesti diperhatikan oleh sekolah. Kemudian Bentuk bangunan sekolah yang monoton tidak jarang membuat siswa bosan di sekolah. Terlebih beberapa fasilitas di sekolah tidak sekeren di tempat lain. Beberapa toilet sekolah dianggap angker, kantin kumuh, atau sudut kelas yang kotor semakin membuat hasrat berlama-lama di sekolah jadi sirna. Kata Kunci : sekolah smp dan sma, sekolah seni, art and science, kurikulum personalisasi, sekolah konsep modern.
