Abstract
ABSTRAK Laboratorium adalah salah satu unit di rumah sakit yang merupakan pelayanan penunjang yang bertujuan untuk membantu diagnosis suatu penyakit sehingga dokter dapat menangani suatu penyakit dengan tepat, dan cepat. Value Steam Mapping yang merupakan metode dalam konsep lean yang digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi limbah. Melalui VSM alur proses pelayanan diidentifikasi setiap kegiatan yang memiliki nilai tambah value added dan tidak memiliki nilai tambah non value added bagi pasien. Terdapat 3 waste yang terdapat pada pelayanan laboratorium RS Dharma Nugraha yaitu waiting, defect, overproduction . Perbaikan dilakukan dengan pendekatan lean tools spaghetty diagram, pembuatan standar operasional dan pelatihan phelebotomy. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelayanan laboratorium RS Dharma Nugraha terdapat 30,26% kegiatan non value added hal ini dapat terlihat pada current state mapping. Setelah dilakukan perbaikan terlihat pada future state mapping terdapat penurunan waktu proses dari 4015 detik menjadi 3725 detik. Efisiensi kerja terdapat peningkatan sebesar 5,4 dari sebelum perbaikan 93,7% menjadi 99,1%. Kata kunci : Laboratorium, Lean, Value Stream Mapping, Pemborosan ABSTRACT The laboratory is one of the units in the hospital which is a supporting service that aims to help diagnose an illness so that doctors can handle an illness appropriately, and quickly. Value Steam Mapping which is a method in lean concept that is used to identify waste. Through VSM service process flow is identified every activity that has added value added value and has no added value added value for the patient. There are 3 waste found in the laboratory services of Dharma Nugraha Hospital, namely waiting, defect, overproduction. Improvements were made using the Spaghetty diagram lean tools approach, making operational standards and phelebotomy training. The results showed that the laboratory services of Dharma Nugraha Hospital, there were 30.26% of non value added activities, this can be seen in the current state mapping. After making improvements, it can be seen in the future state mapping that there is a decrease in processing time from 4015 seconds to 3725 seconds. Work efficiency increased by 5.4 from before the improvement of 93.7% to 99.1%. Keywords: Laboratory, Lean, Value Stream Mapping, Waste
