Abstract
This study analyzed the impact of Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment toward Organizational Citizenship Behavior on employees of First Level Bhayangkara Raden Said Sukanto. This study aimed to find out and analyze how much impact that job satisfaction and organizational commitment gives toward organizational citizenship behavior, either partially or simultaneously. This research used the qualitative approach with survey method. The sampling was done by purposive random sampling method. Obtained a total of 240 respondents as a sample. Meanwhile, analysis technique that being used are multiple linier regression analysis which previously tested by classical assumption. Result of this study indicated that the job satisfaction and organizational commitment gave a positive and significant impact altogether toward organizational citizenship behavior. The impact of job satisfaction toward organizational citizenship behavior is weakly positive. While, the impact of organizational commitment to organizational citizenship behavior is moderate positive Keywords : Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment, Organizational Citizenship Behavior Studi ini menganalisis Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja dan Komitmen Organisasional terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior Pegawai Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Tingkat I Raden Said Sukanto. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis seberapa kuat pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasional terhadap organizational citizenship behavior, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatis dengan metode survei. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive random sampling. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 240 responden. Sementara itu, teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda yang sebelumnya diuji dengan uji asumsi klasik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara bersama-sama antara kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasional terhadap organizational citizenship behavior pegawai Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Tingkat I Raden Said Sukanto. Pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap organizational citizenship behavior adalah positif lemah. Sementara itu, pengaruh komitmen organisasional terhadap organizational citizenship behavior adalah positif moderat.
