Abstract
Abstrak Di era modern ini pemilihan hunian sangat lah penting dan bergantung dari kebutuhan pribadi. Apartemen adalah salah satu pilihan hunian bagi mereka yang tidak memiliki banyak waktu dan hunian siap pakai. Selain itu, apartemen memiliki sistem keamanan yang lebih baik dibandingkan perumahan biasa. Oleh karena itu, banyak pengembang berlomba-lomba dalam membangun apartemen. Namun akibat semakin bertambahnya apartemen, mulai muncul kasus pelanggaran hukum akibat kurangnya pengawasan terhadap penyewa apartemen tersebut. Dalam skripsi ini dirancang dan dibuat prototype sistem keamanan apartemen berbasis Arduino yang menggabungkan beberapa teknologi seperti penggunaan NFC Reader lengkap dengan Solenoid Door Lock, sensor gerak menggunakan Passive Infrared Receiver (PIR), serta Buzzer sebagai alarm. Dari sistem yang tesebut, dibuat analisa peralatan bersararkan klaim pabrikan dengan percobaan secara langsung. Selain itu, akan dicari seberapa besar budget yang bisa dihemat apabila kartu akses menggunakan E-KTP dibandingkan dengan kartu proximity biasa. Dari percobaan yang dilakukan terhadap alat, ternyata klaim pabrikan terhadap peralatan tidak lah 100% tepat. Untuk NFC Reader terdapat deviasi sebesar 10% dimana berdasarkan percobaan NFC Reader hanya bisa membaca kartu maksimal 45 mm sedangkan pabrikan mengklaim bisa membaca sampai 50 mm. Begitu juga dengan sensor PIR terdapat deviasi sebesar 15% dimana berdasarkan percobaan maksimal jarak dengan persentase keberhasilan 30% hanya 6 meter dari klaim pabrikan 7 meter. Sehingga luasan maksimal area yang bisa diawasi oleh sensor PIR adalah 37 m2 . Untuk penghematan yang didapat apabila mengganti kartu akses dengan asumsi terdapat 700 unit apartemen bisa mencapai 46 juta rupiah. Apartment is one of the residential choices for those who do not have much time and a ready to use. In addition, the apartment has a better security system than ordinary housing. Therefore, many developers are competing in building apartments. But due to the increasing number of apartments, cases of lawlessness began to emerge due to lack of supervision of the apartment tenants. In this thesis the Arduino-based apartment security system prototype is designed and made which combines several technologies such as the use of NFC Reader complete with Solenoid Door Lock, motion sensors using Passive Infrared Receiver (PIR), and Buzzer as an alarm. From the system, an analysis of equipment based on the manufacturer's claims was made with a direct experiment. In addition, we will look for how much budget can be saved if the access card uses E-KTP compared to the usual proximity card. From the experiments conducted on the equipment, it turns out that the manufacturer's claims for the equipment are not 100% correct. For NFC Reader there is a deviation of 10% where based on the NFC Reader experiments can only read cards up to a maximum of 45 mm while the manufacturer claims to be able to read up to 50 mm. Likewise with the PIR sensor there is a deviation of 15% where based on experiments the maximum distance with a percentage of 30% success is only 6 meters from the manufacturer's 7 meter claim. So the maximum area that can be monitored by the PIR sensor is 37 m2.
