Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of capital structure, liquidity and firm size of firm value on companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange LQ45 period 2016-2019. The population of this research is 96 companies. The sampling method uses purposive sampling, the sample used is as many 24 companies. The data collection method uses the library method and the data analysis method uses the Panel Data Regression method with the help of the Eviews 10 software program. The results of this study indicate the capital structure has a positive and significant effect on firm value. Liquidity and firm size has a negative and significant effect on firm value. Keywords : Capital Structure, Liquidity, Firm Size, Firm Value Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh struktur modal, likuiditas dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan yang terdaftar di emiten LQ45 Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2016-2019. Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 96 perusahaan. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling, sehingga sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 24 perusahaan. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kepustakaan dan metode analisis data menggunakan metode analisis Regresi Data Panel dengan bantuan software Eviews 10. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa struktur modal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Likuiditas dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata Kunci : Struktur Modal, Likuiditas, Ukuran Perusahaan, Nilai Perusahaan
