Abstract

The purpose of this study is to refine the previous research, namely to analyze the influence of Transformational Leadership Style, Organizational Commitment, and Work Motivation on Employee Performance. This research is based on a quantitative descriptive approach by collecting data sourced from the answers to a questionnaire conducted at BNI Corporate University with a sample of 65 employees. The population of this study is all employees of BNI Corporate University with permanent employee status. The data analysis technique uses a method that is supported by the Microsoft Excel application as a program to process the initial data and SPSS V.25 software. The independent variables of this research are Transformational Leadership Style, Organizational Commitment, and Work Motivation and Employee Performance is the dependent variable. This research proves that: 1). Transformational Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; 2). Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance; 3). Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; 4). Simultaneously, Transformational Leadership Style, Organizational Commitment, and Work Motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This research actually fulfills several identifications needed to review how the Influence of Transformational Leadership Style, Organizational Commitment, and Work Motivation on Employee Performance in the context of improvement, improvement, or development that may still be needed, especially regarding human resource management and staffing activities. Maksud dari Penelitian ini yaitu menyempurnakan penelitian yang sebelumnya yaitu menganalisa pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Komitmen Organisasi dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan cara mengumpulkan data bersumber dari jawaban kuesioner yang dilakukan pada BNI Corporate University dengan sampel sebanyak 65 pegawai. populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan BNI Corporate University dengan status karyawan tetap. Teknik analisis data menggunakan metode yang didukung dengan aplikasi Microsoft Excel sebagai program untuk mengolah data awal dan software SPSS V.25. variabel independen penelitian ini yaitu Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Komitmen Organisasi dan Motivasi Kerja serta Kinerja Karyawan adalah variabel dependen. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa: 1). Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional mempunyai pengaruh positif dan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan; 2). Komitmen Organisasi mempunyai pengaruh positif dan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan; 3). Motivasi Kerja mempunyai pengaruh positif dan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan; 4). Secara simultan Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Komitmen Organisasi, dan Motivasi Kerja mempunyai pengaruh positif dan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Penelitian ini benar-benar memenuhi beberapa identifikasi kebutuhan untuk mengkaji kembali bagaimana Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Komitmen Organisasi, dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai dalam rangka perbaikan, perbaikan atau pengembangan yang mungkin masih diperlukan, khususnya mengenai kegiatan pengelolaan sumber daya manusia dan kepegawaian. Kata Kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Komitmen Organisasi, Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan, Indonesia.
