Abstract

ABSTRAK Kriteria pemilihan supplier adalah masalah penting bagi suatu usaha, karena itu sangat menentukan kemampuan unit usaha tersebut untuk memastikan ketersediaan bahan produksinya. Bahan baku berkualitas dan ketepatan waktu pengiriman dapat memperlancar proses produksi perusahaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada UKM minuman tradisional yang memproduksi jamu. Berdasarkan pengamatan produsen minuman tradisional ini belum menentukan kriteria - kriteria yang digunakan dalam memilih supplier. Selama ini unit usaha tersebut sering mengalami permasalahan teknis seperti keterlambatan pengiriman dan ketidaksesuaian kualitas yang telah disepakati oleh unit usaha tersebut. Oleh karena itu diperlukan pembobotan kriteria dalam memilih supplier agar tidak mengganggu kelancaran produksi usaha tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menentukan prioritas kriteria yang mempengaruhi pemilihan supplier dengan menggunakan metode Analytic Hierarchy Process. Hasil bobot kriteria adalah quality (0.27), cost (0.23), delivery (0.35), service (0.16). Hasil Subkriteria adalah Jumlah bahan reject (0.04), Kemampuan memberikan garansi (0.15), Sesuai permintaan (0.08), Harga bahan (0.04), Harga yang kompetitif (0.14), Memberikan diskon (0.05), Ketepatan waktu pengiriman (0.12), Barang diterima dalam kondisi baik (0.09), Ketepatan Jumlah pengiriman (0.14), Kemudahan untuk dihubungi (0.03), Disiplin (0.03), Pelayanan yang diberikan (0.09). Hasil pemeringkatan kriteria dari urutan yang tertinggi hingga terendah yaitu Delivery (0.35), Quality (0.27), Cost (0.23), Service (0.16). Kata kunci : Kriteria, Pemilihan supplier, AHP ABSTRACT Supplier selection criteria is an important issue for a business, because it greatly determines the ability of the business unit to ensure the availability of production materials. Quality raw materials and on time delivery can expedite the company's production process. This research was conducted on traditional beverage SMEs that produce herbal medicine. Based on observations of this traditional beverage manufacturer has not yet determined the criteria used in selecting suppliers. So far, these business units often experience technical problems such as delays in delivery and quality mismatch agreed by the business unit. Therefore we need weighting criteria in selecting suppliers so as not to interfere with the smooth production of the business. The purpose of this study is to determine the priority criteria that influence supplier selection using the Analytic Hierarchy Process method. The results of criteria weights are quality (0.27), cost (0.23), delivery (0.35), service (0.16). The results of the sub-criteria are the amount of reject material (0.04), the ability to provide a warranty (0.15), on demand (0.08), the price of the material (0.04), the competitive price (0.14), give a discount (0.05), the on-time delivery (0.12), the goods received in good condition (0.09), Amount of delivery (0.14), Ease of contact (0.03), Discipline (0.03), Services provided (0.09). The results of ranking criteria from highest to lowest order are Delivery (0.35), Quality (0.27), Cost (0.23), Service (0.16). Keywords: Criteria, supplier selection, AHP
