Abstract
Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh penyaluran dana zakat dan dana kebajikan terhadap corporate image (studi perspektif nasabah PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Cabang Thamrin). Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 100 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penyaluran dana zakat dan dana kebajikan secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap corporate image Bank Syariah Mandiri Cabang Thamrin. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil uji t bahwa t hitung variabel dana zakat dan t hitung variabel dana kebajikan lebih besar dari t table. Selain itu nilai signifikansi kedua variabel juga mendukung hipotesa. Kemudian penyaluran dana zakat dan dana kebajikan secara bersama-sama (simultan) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap corporate image Bank Syariah Mandiri Cabang Thamrin. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan uji F bahwa F hitung lebih besar dari F table dan nilai signifikansi mendukung hipotesa This research aims to know the influence of the distribution of zakat funds and the funds of virtue to the corporate image (perspective study of the customers of Bank Syariah Mandiri Thamrin Branch). This research was conducted on 100 respondents by using quantitative descriptive approach. Therefore, data analysis used is statistical analysis in the form of multiple linier regression test. The results of this research indicate that the distribution of zakat funds and the funds of virtue partially significant effect on corporate image Bank Syariah Mandiri, Thamrin Branch. This is evidenced by the t test, that t count variable of zakat fund and t count variable the funds of virtue is bigger than t table. In Addition, the significance value of the two variables also supports the hypothesis. Then the distribution of zakat funds and the funds of virtue together (simultaneously) have a significant effect on corporate image of BSM , Thamrin Branch. It is proved by F test that Fcount is bigger than F table and significance value supports hypothesis.
