Abstract
Penanganan sampah yang berada di kota kota besar seperti DKI Jakarta akan selalu menjadi tantangan. Hal ini dikarenakan besarnya volume sampah yang dibuang setiap tahunnya. Pemerintah juga memberikan perhatian serius, salah satunya dengan dibentuk Bank Sampah. Namun kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat akan peran dan keberadaan Bank Sampah. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan pemanfaatan teknologi dalam membantu operasional Bank Sampah dan peran masyarakat yang bekerja sama berkontribusi dalam menjaga lingkungan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode scrum, analisis berorientasi objek dan juga pada perancangan menggunakan desain berorientasi objek yang menyesuaikan kebutuhan dari pihak Bank Sampah. Sistem ini dirancang menggunakan framework Laravel dengan menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP dan Database MySQL. Berdasarkan hasil implementasi, Aplikasi memberikan kemudahan bagi Bank Sampah dalam melakukan pemantauan partisipasi warga dalam hal penyetoran sampah yang memiliki nilai ekonomis. Sistem juga membantu Bank Sampah dalam proses pencatatan setoran sampah warga yang sebelumnya dilakukan secara manual. Kata kunci: Pengelolaan Sampah, Elektronik Lingkungan, Bank Sampah Handling waste in big cities like DKI Jakarta will always be a challenge. This is because of the large volume of waste that is disposed of every year. The government also gives serious attention and action, one of which is the formation of a Waste Bank. However, there is a lack of public awareness of the role and existence of the Waste Bank. Therefore, it is necessary to use technology to assist the operation of the Waste Bank and the role of the community working together to contribute in protecting the environment. This research uses the scrum method, object-oriented analysis and also in the design using an object-oriented design that adapts to the needs of the Waste Bank. This system is designed using the Laravel framework using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. Based on the implementation results, the application provides convenience for the Waste Bank in monitoring citizen participation in terms of depositing waste that has economic value. The system also helps the Waste Bank in the process of recording residents' waste deposits which were previously done manually. Key words: Waste bank, System Information, Data Research
