Abstract
This research is to find out the Effect of Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy and Social Influence on the Interests and Behavior of MSMEs DKI Jakarta To Use Qris Payment System. Sampling using Probability Sampling is a sample that provides an equal opportunity for each element or member of the population to be selected as a member of the sample. The sample used in the study was 260 respondents. The data collection method uses the Survey method, with the research instrument being a questionnaire. Data analysis method using Partial Least Square. This study proves that performance expectancy is found to have a positive and significant influence on behavioral intentions to use. Effort expectancy was found to have a positive and significant influence on behavioral intentions to use. Social influence was found to have a positive and significant influence on behavioral intentions to use. Performance expectancy was found to have a positive and significant influence on behavioral usage. Effort expectancy was found to have a positive and significant influence on behavioral usage. Social influence was found to have a positive and significant influence on behavioral usage. Behavioral intentions to use were found to have a positive and significant influence on behavioral usage. Behavioral intention to use was found to mediate the relationship between performance expectancy and behavioral usage. Behavioral intention to use was found to mediate the relationship between effort expectancy and behavioral usage. Behavioral intention to use can encourage effort expectancy to increase behavioral usage. Behavioral intention to use was found to mediate the relationship between social influence and behavioral usage. Keywords: Performance expectancy, Effort expectancy, social influence, behavioral usage, behavioral intention to use Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy Dan Social Influence Terhadap Minat Serta Perilaku UMKM DKI Jakarta Untuk Menggunakan Sistem Pembayaran Qris. Pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan Probability Sampling yaitu sampel yang memberikan peluang yang sama bagi setiap unsur atau anggota populasi untuk dipilih menjadi anggota sampel. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 260 responden. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode Survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Performance expectancy ditemukan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap behavioral intention to use. Effort expectancy ditemukan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap behavioral intention to use. Social influence ditemukan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap behavioral intention to use. Performance expectancy ditemukan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap behavioral usage. Effort expectancy ditemukan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap behavioral usage. Social influence ditemukan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap behavioral usage. Behavioral intention to use ditemukan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap behavioral usage. Behavioral intention to use ditemukan memediasi hubungan antara performance expectancy terhadap behavioral usage. Behavioral intention to use ditemukan memediasi hubungan antara effort expectancy terhadap behavioral usage. behavioral intention to use mampu mendorong effort expectancy untuk meningkatkan behavioral usage. Behavioral intention to use ditemukan memediasi hubungan antara social influence terhadap behavioral usage.
