Abstract

Tujuan utama dari peneilitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Web Design, Perceived Ease of Use, dan Trust terhadap Purchase Decision aplikasi Ruangguru berlandaskan pada Theory of Reasoned Action (TRA) dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Data dalam penelitian diperoleh dari 159 responden pengguna aplikasi Ruangguru di Kota Bogor yang sudah berlangganan aplikasi Ruangguru. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode alternatif dari Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) yaitu Partial least Square (PLS). Tahap pertama dalam penelitian ini untuk menguji validitas pertenyaan setiap variable berikut dengan reliabilitasnya. Tahap kedua menguji hubungan antara Web design, Perceived Ease of Use, dan Trust terhadap Purchase Decision aplikasi Ruangguru. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa seluruh hipotesis ditemukan berpengaruh dan signifikan. Kata kunci : Web design, Perceived Ease of Use, Trust, Purchase decision The main objective of this research is to examine and analyze the influence of Web Design, Perceived Ease of Use, and Trust on the Purchase Decision of the Ruangguru application based on Theory of Reasoned Action (TRA) with a quantitative descriptive approach. The data in this study were obtained from 159 respondents using the Ruangguru application in the city of Bogor who have subscribed to the Ruangguru application. Data analysis in this study used an alternative method of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), namely Partial Least Square (PLS). The first stage in this study is to test the validity of each variable's questions along with their reliability. The second stage examines the relationship between Web design, Perceived Ease of Use, and Trust on the Purchase Decision of the Ruangguru application.
