Abstract

This writing aims to examine the effect of Intellectual Captial (Human Capital, Structural Capital dan Relational Capital) on Organizational Performance with Innovative Behavior as an Intervening Variable in PT. PLN (Persero) Bekasi. The instruments used in this research are : questionnaire to 94 respondents which were then analyzed descriptively and quantitatively. Descriptive analysis in this study is used to provide an overview of the characteristics of respondents and a description of the research variables, while quantitative analysis conducted with the SEM–PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis technique will be used to test the hypothesis in this study. Based on the results of the analysis in this study, the results obtained that : 1) There was a positive and significant influence Human Capital on Innovative Behavior; 2) There was a positive and significant influence Structural Capital on Innovative Behavior; 3) There was a positive and not significant influence Relational Capital on Innovative Behavior; 4) There was a positive and significant influence Innovative Behavior on Organizational Performance; 5) There was a positive and significant influence Human Capital on Organizational Performance; 6) There was a positive and significant influence Structural Capital on Organizational Performance; 7) There was a positive and not significant influence Relational Capital on Organizational Performance; 8) Innovative Behavior mediates the influence of Human Capital on Organizational Performance; 9) Innovative Behavior mediates the influence of Structural Capital on Organizational Performance; 10) Innovative Behavior not mediate the influence of Relational Capital on Organizational Performance; 11) There was a positive and significant influence Human Capital, Structural Capital and Relational Capital on Innovative Behavior; 12) There was a positive and significant influence Human Capital, Structural Capital, Relational Capital and Innovative Behavior on Organizational Performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Intellectual Captial (Human Capital, Structural Capital dan Relational Capital) terhadap Kinerja Organisasi dengan Perilaku Inovatif Karyawan sebagai Variabel Intervening pada PT. PLN (Persero) Bekasi. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa kuisioner terhadap 94 responden yang selanjutnya dianalisis secara deskriptif dan kuantitatif. Analisis deskriptif dalam penelitian ini digunakan untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai karakteristik responden dan gambaran variabel penelitian, sedangkan analisis kuantitatif yang dilakukan dengan teknik analisis SEM–PLS (Partial Least Square) akan digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dalam penelitian ini, diperoleh hasil bahwa : 1) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Human Capital terhadap Perilaku Inovatif; 2) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Structural Capital terhadap Perilaku Inovatif; 3) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan Relational Capital terhadap Perilaku Inovatif; 4) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Perilaku Inovatif terhadap Kinerja Organisasi; 5) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Human Capital terhadap Kinerja Organisasi; 6) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Structural Capital terhadap Kinerja Organisasi; 7) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan Relational Capital terhadap Kinerja Organisasi; 8) Perilaku Inovatif memediasi pengaruh Human Capital terhadap Kinerja Organisasi; 9) Perilaku Inovatif memediasi pengaruh Structural Capital terhadap Kinerja Organisasi; 10) Perilaku Inovatif tidak memediasi pengaruh Relational Capital terhadap Kinerja Organisasi; 11) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Human Capital, Structural Capital dan Relational Capital terhadap Perilaku Inovatif; 12) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan Human Capital, Structural Capital, Relational Capital dan Perilaku Inovatif terhadap Kinerja Organisasi. Kata Kunci : Human Capital, Structural Capital, Relational Capital, Perilaku Inovatif, Kinerja Organisasi.
