Abstract
This study purposed to determine the impact of the micro-environment on firm value with the macro-environment as a moderator variable. The research population in the pharmaceutical sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in terms 2015-2020. Samples that suit the criteria are eight companies. The data were analyzed using panel regression with a multiplication interaction structure so that there were 48 observations. The results simultaneously show that the micro- environment is measured decisions variables, market penetration, and inventory turnover & macro-environment as measured using the GDP variable has a positive and significant effect on firm value. Partial, investment decisions and inventory turnover have a positive and significant on firm value, while market penetration has no impact on firm value. Meanwhile, GDP can only moderate investment decisions and inventory turnover and not moderate market penetration. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan mikro terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan lingkungan makro sebagai variabel moderator. Populasi penelitian adalah perusahaan sub-sektor farmasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2015-2020. Sampel yang memenuhi kriteria sebanyak 8 perusahaan. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi data panel dengan struktur interaksi perkalian sehingga 48 observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dengan Fixed Effect merupakan model terbaik. Hasil penelitian secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan mikro yang diukur menggunakan variabel keputusan investasi, market penetration dan inventory turnover serta lingkungan makro yang diukur menggunakan variabel GDP berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Secara parsial keputusan investasi dan inventory turnover berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, sementara market penetration tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sedangkan GDP hanya dapat memoderasi keputusan investasi dan inventory turnover dan tidak memoderasi market penetration.
