Abstract
The aim of this research is to know the influence of compensation, career development and communication toward the employee performance. The method of this research is quantitative methods. Double regression was used to analize the data. The population of this research was all employees of PT. Api Metra Palma (Medco Agro) headquarters in Jakarta. All of them are 129 person. The sample was taken by Accidental Sampling with Slovin formula and 57 persons as responden was found. The result of this research is compensation and career development did not have any significant effect as partial toward the employee performance while the comminication has the significant influence as partial in PT. Api Metra Palma (Medco Agro) headquarters in Jakarta, Based on that result, it had better for PT. Api Metra Palma (Medco Agro) headquarters in Jakarta to improve the employee performance through the compensation, career development and communication intensifly. Keywords: compensation, career development, communication, employee performance Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi, pengembangan karir dan komunikasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian seluruh karyawan PT. Api Metra Palma (Medco Agro) kantor pusat Jakarta sejumlah 129 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan Accidental Sampling, dan jumlah sampel ditentukan dengan rumus Slovin, ditemukan 57 orang responden yang dijadikan sampel. Analisa data menggunakan Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil penelitian ditemukan kompensasi dan pengembangan karir tidak berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan komunikasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan secara parsial di PT. Api Metra Palma (Medco Agro) kantor pusat Jakarta, oleh karena itu disarankan PT. Api Metra Palma (Medco Agro) kantor pusat Jakarta lebih meningkatkan kinerja karyawan melalui kompensasi, pengembangan karir dan komunikasi secara intensif.
