Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Employee Engagement dan dampaknya terhadap Organization Citizenship Behavior. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Jakarta Cakratunggal Steel Mills yang berstatus karyawan tetap. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah proportionate stratified random sampling dan jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 218 karyawan. Data diperoleh dari isian kuesioner yang terdiri dari empat variabel dan 44 indikator dengan skala Likert. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis jalur (path analysis) dengan bantuan program SPSS 22. Hasil penelitian secara parsial menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara variabel Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Budaya Organisasi dan Employee Engagement terhadap OCB. Kepemimpinan Transformasional dan Budaya Organsisasi memberikan kontribusi pengaruh terhadap Employee Engagement sebesar 0,520 (R Square) dan Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Budaya Organisasi dan Employee Engagement organsisasi memberikan kontribusi pengaruh terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior sebesar 0,641 (R Square). Berdasarkan uji koefisien jalur, Budaya Organisasi merupakan variabel yang paling besar pengaruh langsungnya terhadap Employee Engagement (β = 0,510) sedangkan Employee Engagement merupakan variabel yang paling besar pengaruh langsungnya terhadap OCB (β = 0,348). Kata kunci; Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Budaya Organisasi, Employee Engagement, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, analisis jalur. The aims of this research is to analyze the effect of Transformational Leadership and Organizational Culture on Employee Engagement and its impact on Organization Citizenship Behavior. The population in this research were permanent employees of PT. Jakarta Cakratunggal Steel Mills. The sampling technique used was proportionate stratified random sampling and the number of respondents were 218 employees. Data obtained from the questionnaires consisted of four variables and 44 indicators and used Likert Scale. Data analysis methods used in this research was path analysis with SPSS 22. The result shows that there are positive and significant correlations among the variables of Transformational Leadership, Organizational Culture and Employee Engagement on OCB. The transformational leadership and organizational culture both influence the employee engagement with the score 0.520. Meanwhile, Transformational Leadership, Organizational Culture and Employee Engagement influence the Organizational Citizenship b\Behavior with the score 0.641, and The Organizational Culture has the most direct impact on Employee Engagement (β = 0,510).
