Abstract

This thesis aims to examine the effect of training, motivation and compensation to organizational commitment and its impact on the performance of employees of PT Agro Mandiri Semesta. The study design used is explanatory research. The study population all employees of PT Agro Mandiri Semesta totaling 200 respondents. Non-probability sampling technique with a census that determined 200 for the sample. Analysis method by using analysis of two paths. Results of research showed that one-track training, motivation, and compensation significant effect on organizational commitment, while the result of the seccond track show that training, motivation, compensation, and organizational commitment significantly influence performance. For the training, motivation, compensation and organizational commitment needs to be improved to create a good employee performance. Suggested for future research to include other variables such as job satisfaction variables, assessment, work culture and so forth. Tesis ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh pelatihan, motivasi dan kompensasi terhadap komitmen organisasional serta dampaknya terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Agro Mandiri Semesta. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah explanatory research. Populasi penelitian seluruh karyawan PT Agro Mandiri Semesta yang berjumlah 200 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel non probability dengan sensus sehingga ditentukan 200 untuk sampel. Metode analisa dengan menggunakan analisis dua jalur. Hasil penelitian pada jalur pertama menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan, motivasi, dan kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional, sedangkan hasil pada jalur kedua menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan, motivasi, kompensasi, dan komitmen organisasional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja. Untuk itu pelatihan, motivasi, kompensasi dan komitmen organisasional perlu ditingkatkan untuk menciptakan kinerja karyawan yang baik. Untuk penelitian mendatang disarankan untuk mengikutsertakan variabel lain seperti variabel kepuasan kerja, penilaian, budaya kerja dan lain sebagainya.
