Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of online training and transformational leadership on teacher performance with innovative work behavior as a mediating variable. The population of this study was civil servant teachers (PNS) of public high schools located in Cluster 02, Tangerang Regency, with a sample of 69 teachers. The data analysis method used Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results of the study found that online training had a positive and significant effect on the performance and innovative work behavior of teachers. Transformational leadership does not have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance but has a positive and significant effect on innovative work behavior. Innovative work behavior affects teacher performance. Innovative work behavior acts as a mediation between transformational leadership and teacher performance. However, unlike online training and performance, innovative work behavior did not mediate the relationship between the two. This research is expected to contribute knowledge about the influence of online training and transformational leadership on teacher performance with innovative behavior as a mediating variable. The weakness of this study is the small population and limited space for movement due to the covid-19 pandemic. For future research, it is hoped that it can reach a wider population and learning activities are carried out face-to-face and under normal conditions. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan online dan kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja guru dengan perilaku kerja inovatif sebagai variabel mediasi. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah guru Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) SMA Negeri yang berlokasi di Gugus 02 Kabupaten Tangerang, dengan sampel sebanyak 69 orang guru. Metode analisis data menggunakan Struktural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian menemukan pelatihan online berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja dan perilaku kerja inovatif guru. Adapun Kepemimpinan transformasional tidak berpengaruh positif dan siginifikan terhadap kinerja guru namun berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhada perilaku kerja inovatif. Perilaku kerja inovatif berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru. Perilaku kerja inovatif berperan sebagai mediasi antara kepemimpinan transformasional dengan kinerja guru. Namun berbeda antara pelatihan online dengan kinerja, perilaku kerja inovatif tidak memediasi hubungan antara keduanya. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi pengetahuan tentang perngaruh pelatihan online dan kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja guru dengan perilaku kerja inovatif sebagai variabel mediasi. Kelemahan penelitian ini adalah populasi yang sedikit dan keterbatasan ruang gerak karena pandemi covid-19. Untuk penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan dapat menjangkau populasi yang lebih luas dan penelitian dilakukan dalam kondisi normal.
