Abstract
Indonesia has maritime tourism which is currently still a prime destination, but Indonesia also has mountain and hilly tourism areas, which if managed and developed correctly and sustainably, it is not impossible that the hilly tourism sector will be able to shift marine tourism as a tourist destination for tourism. Development of tourist destinations in hilly areas must begin with good infrastructure. Facilities and infrastructure that can accommodate all the needs of tourists. One of them is the need for a safe and comfortable shelter. The hospitality property industry in Indonesia is influenced by factors of interest in tourist destinations. The higher the potential for attracting tourists, the demand for shelters will naturally increase. Keyword : Resort Hotel, Architechture Neo Vernaculer, Tourism Indonesia memiliki wisata Bahari yang saat ini masih menjadi primadona, namun Indonesia juga memiliki daerah wisata pegunungan dan perbukitan, yang jika dikelola dan di kembangkan dengan benar dan berkelanjutan, bukan tidak mungkin sektor wisata perbukitan akan dapat menggeser wisata bahari sebagai tujuan wisata terfaforit. Pengembangan destinasi wisata diwilayah perbukitan harus diawali dari infrastruktur yang baik. Sarana dan prasarana yang dapat mengakomodasi segala kebutuhan dari para wisatawan. Salah satunya adalah kebutuhan akan sebuah tempat singgah yang aman dan nyaman. Industri properti perhotelan di Indonesia dipengaruhi oleh faktor ketertarikan destinasi wisata. Semakin tinggi potensi menarik wisatawan maka dengan sendirinya permintaan akan tempat singgah juga ikut meningkat. Kata Kunci : Hotel dan Resort, Arsitektur Neo Vernakuler, Destinasi Wisata
