Abstract

The world of health is currently experiencing a significant increase in its development. Starting from the building of hospital buildings, health facilities, medicines that are increasingly diverse, health equipment along with the technology used and health services for the community. Hospitals in Indonesia from 2013 - 2016 have increased. Regulation of the Minister of Health No. 56 / Menkes / PER / I / 2014 classifies hospitals based on the type of services provided into general hospitals and specialized hospitals. General hospital is a hospital that provides health services in all fields and types of diseases. The special hospital is a hospital that provides primary services in one particular field or type of disease based on scientific discipline, age group, organ, type of disease, or other specificities. Surgical services have become part of an important component of health care. Surgery is often the only way or therapy that can reduce the risk of death and reduce disability in several conditions. Every year more than one hundred million people get surgery for different medical reasons. But the most common of them due to traumatic injusries, complications of pregnancy and to treat malignancies (WHO, 2009). As for the intent and purpose of the design of the building of the Special Surgery Hospital is an effort to provide services and improve public health facilities against special diseases and surgical procedures or operations in Indonesia especially in the capital city of Jakarta. Keywords: Hospital, Special Hospital, Special Hospital for Surgery, Surgery, Surgery Dunia kesehatan sekarang ini mengalami peningkatan yang cukup signifikan perkembangannya. Mulai dari bangunan gedung-gedung rumah sakit, fasilitas kesehatan, obat-obatan yang semakin beragam, alat-alat kesehatan beserta teknologi yang digunakan maupun pelayanan kesehatan untuk masyarakat. Rumah sakit di Indonesia dari tahun 2013 – 2016 mengalami peningkatan. Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Nomor 56/Menkes/PER/I/2014 mengelompokkan rumah sakit bedasarkan jenis pelayanan yang diberikan menjadi rumah sakit umum dan rumah sakit khusus. Rumah sakit umum adalah rumah sakit yang memberikan pelayanan kesehatan pada semua bidang dan jenis penyakit. Adapun rumah sakit khusus adalah rumah sakit yang memberikan pelayanan utama pada satu bidang atau satu jenis penyakit tertentu berdasarkan disiplin ilmu, golongan umur, organ, jenis penyakit, atau kekhususan lainnya.Pelayanan bedah telah menjadi bagian dari komponen penting pelayanan kesehatan. Pembedahan sering menjadi satu-satunya cara ataupun terapi yang dapat mengurangi risiko kematian serta mengurangi kecacatan pada beberapa kondisi. Pada setiap tahunnya lebih dari seratus juta orang mendapatkan pembedahan dikarenakan alasan medis yang berbeda. Namun tersering diantaranya dikarenakan traumatic injusries, komplikasi kehamilan serta untuk mengobati keganasan (WHO, 2009).Adapun maksud dan tujuan dari perancangan bangunan Rumah Sakit Khusus Bedah ini adalah upaya untuk memberikan pelayanan dan meningkatkan fasilitas kesehatan masyarakat terhadap penyakit-penyakit khusus dan tindakan bedah atau operasi di Indonesia terutama di Ibukota Jakarta.
