Abstract

purpose of this study was to determine the effect of inflation, the dollar exchange rate, the yuan exchange rate and the Chinese index partially and simultaneously on the IHSG. To determine the effect of inflation, the dollar exchange rate, the yuan exchange rate and the Chinese index partially and simultaneously on the volume of transactions. To determine the effect of inflation, the dollar exchange rate, the yuan exchange rate and the Chinese index on the IHSG with transaction volume as an intervening variable. The results of the IHSG data analysis show that the dollar exchange rate, inflation and the Chinese index have an effect on the IHSG and the yuan exchange rate does not affect the IHSG. However, simultaneously, inflation, dollar exchange rate, yuan exchange rate and Chinese index affect the IHSG. The results of the transaction volume data analysis show that the dollar exchange rate, the yuan exchange rate and the Chinese index have an effect on the volume of transactions, while inflation has no effect on the volume of transactions. Simultaneously, inflation, dollar exchange rate, yuan exchange rate and Chinese index have an effect on transaction volume. The results of the transaction volume data analysis as an intervening variable indicate an influence. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh inflasi, kurs dollar, kurs yuan dan shanghai stock exchange secara parsial dan simultan terhadap IHSG. Untuk mngetahui pengaruh inflasi, kurs dollar, kurs yuan dan shanghai stock exchange secara parsial dan simultan terhadap volume transaksi. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh inflasi, kurs dollar, kurs yuan dan shanghai stock exchange terhadap IHSG dengan volume transaksi sebagai variabel intervening. Hasil analisis data IHSG menunjukkan bahwa kurs dollar, inflasi dan shanghai stock exchange berpengaruh terhadap IHSG dan kurs yuan tidak berpengaruh terhadap IHSG namun secara simultan inflasi, kurs dollar, kurs yuan dan shanghai stock exchange berpengaruh terhadap IHSG. Hasil analisis data volume transaksi menunjukkan bahwa kurs dollar, kurs yuan dan shanghai stock exchange berpengaruh terhadap volume transaksi sedangkan inflasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap volume transaksi. Secara simultan inflasi, kurs dollar, kurs yuan dan shanghai stock exchange berpengaruh terhadap volume transaksi.
