This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of job stress and workload on turnover intention with compensation being intervening variable in contact center unit at XYZ bank. This research used quantitative analysis approach, with data collection method through questionnaire given to 190 respondents with randomly from total population of 289 employees. The analysis technique used Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) Amos 22.00. Result of the this research shows that job stress has positive effect to turnover intention, workload has positive effect to turnover intention, job stress has positive effect to compensation, workload has positive effect to compensation and compensation has positive effect to turnover intention. Keywords : Job Stress, Workload, Compensation and Turnover Intention. Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh stress kerja dan beban kerja terhadap turnover intention dimediasi oleh kompensasi pada unit contact center di Bank XYZ. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui kuisioner yang diberikan kepada 190 orang responden dari total populasi 289 orang karyawan, kuisioner dibagikan secara acak kepada karyawan yang ada. Metode analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equational Modeling (SEM) Amos 22.00. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa stress kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap turnover intention, beban kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap turnover intention, stress kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kompensasi, beban kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kompensasi dan kompensasi berpengaruh positif terhadap turnover intention. Kata Kunci: Stress Kerja, Beban Kerja, Kompensasi, Turnover Intention.
