Abstract

The number of infrastructure developments in mass public transportation (SAUM) in DKI Jakarta, one of which is Light Rail Transit (LRT) or light railroad. LRT Is a passenger transportation service mode that operates on light rail, the existence of this LRT lane will be one of the triggers for an increase in carrying capacity to the region itself and changes in the pattern of human movement in the region as happened in the development of major cities in the world . Transit Oriented Development (TOD) is a response to these improvements and changes. In developing the area, the Transit Oriented Development that will be built not only combines transit factors with the commercial side but also presents green open space, public open space and the creation of potential pedestrian movements in the area. Keywords: TOD, Architecture, Sustanabel Architecture Banyaknya pembangunan infrastruktur sarana angkutan umum massal (SAUM) Di kota DKI Jakarta yang salah satunya adalah Light Rail Transit (LRT) atau kereta api ringan. LRT Merupakan suatu moda layanan transportasi penumpang yang beroperasi diatas rel ringan, keberadaan jalur LRT ini akan menjadi salah satu pemicu terjadinya peningkatan daya dukung terhadap kawasan itu sendiri dan perubahan pola pergerakan manusia dalam kawasan tersebut sama seperti yang terjadi dalam perkembangan kota – kota besar di dunia. Transit Oriented Development (TOD) merupakan respon akan peningkatan dan perubahan tersebut. Dalam mengembangkan kawasan tersebut, Transit Oriented Development yang akan dibangun ini tidak hanya mengkombinasikan factor transit dengan sisi komersil tetapi juga menghadirkan ruang terbuka hijau, ruang terbuka publik dan terciptanya potensi – potensi pergerakan pejalan kaki di kawasan tersebut.
