Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas guru, fasilitas belajar dan kepuasan belajar terhadap tingkat pemilihan sekolah. Penelitian dilakukan kepada siswa di Sekolah Menengah Atas Yadika 3 sebagai responden. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Data sekunder dikumpulkan dari berbagai sumber seperti jurnal, buku dan publikasi terkait lainnya. Data primer dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuisioner yang dibagikan kepada responden. Menggunakan teknik convenience sampling, dengan total 222 responden dikumpulkan. Jenis alat uji statistik yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji realibiltitas dan uji normalitas. Menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, ditemukan bahwa kualitas guru, fasilitas belajar dan kepuasan belajar memiliki dampak positif pada tingkat pemilihan sekolah. Variable kualitas guru ditemukan yang paling banyak dominan. Disarankan bahwa sekolah harus terus meningkatkan kualitas kualitas guru, fasilitas belajar dan kepuasan belajar. Kata kunci : kualitas guru, fasilitas belajar, kepuasan belajar, pemilihan sekolah This study aims to determine the effect of teacher quality, learning facilities and learning satisfaction on the level of acceptance of new students. The study was conducted at Yadika 3 Senior High School as a respondent. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Secondary data is collected from various sources such as journals, books and other related publications. Primary data are collected using questionnaires distributed to respondents. Using convenience sampling technique, a total of 222 respondents were collected. The type of statistical equipment test used is validity test, reality test and normality test. Using multiple linear regression analysis, it was found that the quality of teacher quality, learning facilities and the satisfaction of study had a positive impact on the new students acceptance. Teacher quality variables are found to be the dominant. It is recommended that schools should continue to improve the quality of the teacher, learning facilities and the satifaction of study.
