Abstract

Indonesia's population continues to increase every year, both due to natural rowth and due to immigration, especially in the city of Jakarta. Population growth in Jakarta affects the availability of public health facilities, namely hospitals. The number of diseases that attack the urban community, especially diseases caused by viruses and inflammatory bacteria in the nasal mucosa, the need for special ENT hospitals so that the needs of hospitals that accommodate these diseases are increasing. Jakarta, especially Kebon Jeruk Sub-district is one of the many sub-districts in the city center. This is the location where the ENT Special Hospital will be built. With the presence of ENT Special Hospital in Kebon Jeruk sub- district, it is hoped that it will be able to help the City of Jakarta and the Ministry of Health to reduce and manage ENT diseases in the city of Jakarta. Keywords: Special Hospital, Class B Hospital, ENT Jumlah penduduk Indonesia terus mengalami peningkatan setiap tahunnya, baik dikarenakan pertumbuhan alami maupun karena faktor imigrasi, terutama pada kota Jakarta. Pertambahan penduduk di Jakarta mempengaruhi terhadap ketersediaan fasilitas kesehatan masyarakat yakni rumah sakit. Banyaknya penyakit yang menyerang pada masyarakat perkotaan terutama penyakit yang di sebabkan oleh virus dan bakteri inflamasi pada mukosa hidung, maka kebutuhankan rumah sakit khusus THT sehingga kebutuhan rumah sakit yang mewadahi penyakit tersebut menjadi semakin meningkat. Jakarta khususnya Kecamatan Kebon Jeruk merupakan satu dari sekian kecamatan yang berada di pusat kota. Merupakan lokasi yang akan di bangunnya Rumah Sakit Khusus THT. Dengan kehadiran Rumah Sakit Khusus THT di daerah kecamatan Kebon Jeruk diharapkan mampu mambantu Kota Jakarta dan Kementerian kesehatan untuk mengurangi dan menaggulangi penyakit THT di kota Jakarta.
