Abstract
Mother and Child Hospital (RSIA) is a special hospital that provides services to mothers, both maternal mothers, and mothers / women on reproductive issues and also services for children aged between 0 to 18 years, in DKI Jakarta with a population of as many as 123,851 people. There are about 10,265 fertile women, 46,786 children aged 0-18 years and 2,040 mothers giving birth in this area, while in the Jakara area there are only a few public hospitals. Although there are a number of maternity hospitals in this district, it is estimated that it has not been able to overcome the problem of childbirth, especially those who have problems so they must be referred to a hospital that is able to cope with these problems. Based on the above facts, it is felt necessary to establish an adequate Mother and Child Hospital to be able to provide services to the community in the Pondok Indah and surrounding areas. Location Selection on Jl. Metro Duta II is because this location is in a strategic area, in the middle of community housing which incidentally are couples who are still classified as couples of childbearing age. There are several things that need to be considered by the Hospital provider, one of which is how to make patients feel comfortable while in the Hospital, both from the quality of service as well as the physical condition / appearance of the Hospital (beauty and completeness of the building, including beautiful landscapes, parking lots adequate, furniture with beautiful interior design, elevators, cafeterias, souvenir shops, clean toilets, etc.), so as to make patients not feel at the hospital. For this reason, the RSIA applied the Healing Environment theme to its design, which included incorporating natural elements into the Hospital, such as terraced gardens and water elements. Keywords: Mother and Child Hospital Rumah sakit Ibu dan Anak (RSIA) adalah rumah sakit khusus yang memberikan pelayanan pada ibu baik ibu maternal, maupun ibu /wanita pada masalah reproduksi dan juga pelayanan bagi anak-anak yang berumur antara 0 hingga 18 tahun, di DKI Jakarta dengan jumlah penduduk sebanyak 123.851 orang. Terdapat sekitar 10.265 orang wanita subur, 46.786 anak yang berusia 0-18 tahun dan 2.040 ibu melahirkan di daerah ini, sementara di daerah Jakara hanya terdapat Beberapa rumah sakit umum. Meskipun ada beberapa rumah bersalin di kecamatan ini, tetapi itu diperkirakan belum mampu menanggulangi masalah persalinan terutama persalinan yang mempunyai masalah sehingga harus dirujuk ke Rumah Sakit yang mampu menanggulangi masalah tersebut. Berdasarkan kenyataan tersebut di atas, maka dirasa perlu untuk mendirikan sebuah Rumah Sakit Ibu dan Anak yang memadai untuk dapat memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat di wilayah Pondok Indah dan sekitarnya. Pemilihan Lokasi di Jl. Metro Duta II adalah karena lokasi ini berada di daerah yang strategis, berada di tengah perumahan masyarakat yang notabene adalah pasangan-pasangan yang masih tergolong pasangan usia subur. Terdapat beberapa hal yang perlu diperhatikan oleh provider Rumah Sakit, salah satunya adalah bagaimana membuat pasien merasa nyaman selama berada di Rumah Sakit, baik dari mutu pelayanan juga kondisi fisik /penampilan Rumah Sakit (keindahan dan kelengkapan gedung, termasuk diantaranya pertamanan yang cantik, tempat parkir yang memadai, furniture dengan desain interior yang indah, lift, cafetaria, toko souvenir, toilet yang bersih, dsb.), sehingga membuat pasien tidak merasa berada di Rumah Sakit. Untuk itu RSIA ini menerapkan tema Healing Environment pada perancangannya, yaitu memasukkan unsur alam ke dalam Rumah Sakit, seperti taman-taman bertingkat dan elemen air.
