Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influences of leadership style, compensation, and promotion on employee turnover intention at PT Sadikun Niagamas Raya head office. The sampling technique is a saturated sample that is by taking a sample of all employees. The total population of employees who have a permanent staff position of the company is 66 people. However, only 43 people participated in this study. Data were collected using a closed questionnaire. Data obtained were analyzed using IBM SPSS Version 22. The analysis method used in this study was multiple linear regression. The results showed that the Leadership, Compensation and Promotion simultaneously are having significant influences to Employee Turnover Intention at PT Sadikun Niagamas Raya head office. Partially, the Leadership Style has no significant influence on Employee Turnover Intention at PT Sadikun Niagamas Raya head office. While Compensation has a significant negative influence on Employee Turnover Intention at PT Sadikun Niagamas Raya head office. Promotion has a significant negative influence on Employee Turnover Intention at PT Sadikun Niagamas Raya head office. Keywords: Leadership Style, Compensation, Promotion, Turnover Intention. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, kompensasi, dan promosi jabatan terhadap turnover intention karyawan di kantor pusat PT Sadikun Niagamas Raya. Teknik pengambilan sample adalah sample jenuh yaitu dengan mengambil sample semua karyawan. Jumlah populasi karyawan yang memiliki posisi staf karyawan tetap perusahaan sebanyak 66 orang. Akan tetapi, hanya 43 orang yang berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner tertutup. Data yang diperoleh, dianalisis menggunakan bantuan IBM SPSS Version 22. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Gaya Kepemimpinan, Kompensasi, dan Promosi Jabatan secara bersama-sama (simultan) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention karyawan di kantor pusat PT Sadikun Niagamas Raya. Secara parsial, Gaya Kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention karyawan di kantor pusat PT Sadikun Niagamas Raya. Sedangkan Kompensasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention karyawan di kantor pusat PT Sadikun Niagamas Raya. Promosi Jabatan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention karyawan di kantor pusat PT Sadikun Niagamas Raya.
