Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja, pengembangan karier dan budaya organisasi terhadap kualitas kehidupan kerja pegawai Sekretariat Dewan Pertimbangan Presiden. Data penelitian ini merupakan data yang dikumpulkan melalui observasi pada April 2018 samapi dengan Juni 2018. Metode sampling yang digunakan adalahmetode random sampling sebesar 57 orang. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan regresi berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 24 (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif, namun tidak signifikan terhadap kualitas kehidupan kerja pegawai Sekretariat Dewan Pertimbangan Presiden, Pengembangan karier berpengaruh positif, namun tidak signifikan terhadap kualitas kehidupan kerja pegawai Sekretariat Dewan Pertimbangan Presiden, Budaya organisasi berpengaruh negative dan signifikan terhadap kualitas kehidupan kerja pegawai Sekretariat Dewan Pertimbangan Presiden, lingkungan kerja, pengembangan karier, dan budaya organisasi secara simultan berpengaruh meskipun tidak signifikan terhadap kualitas kehidupan kerja pegawai Sekretariat Dewan Pertimbangan Presiden. Kata Kunci : Lingkungan Kerja, Pengembangan Karier, Budaya Organisasi, Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja The purpose of this study is to know the influence ofwork environment, career development and organizational culture on the quality of work life onPresidential Consideration Board. Research data was collected from April 2018 until June 2018. The method used in this research was purposive sampling are 57 people. The sample wasselected by the random sampling method with only 95 respondents. The path analysismethod was used in the research by SPSS version 17 (Statistical Package for the SocialSciences) system. The result conveyed that the working environtment had a potitive influence, but not significant on the quality of life to employee, career development had a positive influence, but not significant on the quality of life to employee, organizational culture had a negative influence and significant on the quality of life to employee, the working environment, career development and organizational culture a simultaneous effect on quality of life employee.
