Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris hubungan antara profitabilitas, likuiditas, dan profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan manufaktur sektor industri barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode tahun 2014-2018. Dalam penelitian ini, rasio profitabilitas diproksikan dengan return on equity (ROE), sementara rasio likuiditas diproksikan dengan current ratio (CR), dan struktur modal diproksikan dengan long term debt to equity ratio (LDER). Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 31 sampel. Data sampel diperoleh melalui teknik dokumentasi (archive) dan metode pemilihan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, dengan tingkat signifikansi 5%, yang didukung oleh software aplikasi SPSS 20. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel profitabilitas, likuiditas, dan struktur modal, secara bersama-sama (simultan) berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sedangkan secara parsial, variabel profitabilitas memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, kemudian variabel likuiditas dan struktur modal memiliki pengaruh yang tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata Kunci: profitabilitas, likuiditas, struktur modal, nilai perusahaan This study aims to empirically examine the relationship between profitability, liquidity, and capital structure on firm value in manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2014-2018. In this study, the profitability ratio is proxied by the return on equity (ROE), while the liquidity ratio is proxied by the current ratio (CR), and the capital structure is proxied by long term debt to equity ratio (LDER). The number of samples used in this study were 31 samples. Sample data obtained through documentation (archive) techniques and sample selection methods using purposive sampling. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis, with a significance level of 5%, which is supported by SPSS 20 application software. The results of this study indicate that the variable profitability, liquidity, and capital structure, together (simultaneously) have an effect on firm value. While partially, the profitability variable has a significant effect on firm value, then the liquidity and capital structure variable, has an insignificant effect on firm value.
