Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian yang berjudul Pengaruh Nilai Kapitalisasi Pasar, PBV, DER dan NPM terhadap Return Saham disebabkan oleh kondisi perekonomian yang tidak stabil yang menyebabkan kinerja keuangan beberapa perusahaan berfluktuasi dan inkonsistensi dari beberapa penelitian sebelumnya. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh faktor-faktor Nilai Kapitalisasi Pasar, PBV, DER dan NPM terhadap Return Saham sektor batubara yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2015-2018. Data yang dibutuhkan diambil dari situs Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2015-2018 yang diperoleh 22 perusahaan. Data dalam penelitian ini bersumber dari data sekunder yang diperoleh melalui teknik dokum entasi, analisis data dengan regresi berganda menggunakan program Eviews versi 10.Hasil penelitian ini adalah Nilai Kapitalisasi Pasar tidak berpengaruh terhadap return saham, PBV tidak berpengaruh terhadap return saham, DER berpengaruh negatif, dan NPM berpengaruh positif terhadap return saham. Kata kunci: nilai kapitalisasi pasar, PBV, DER, NPM dan Return Saham.The background of the research entitled The Effect of Market Capitalization Value, PBV, DER and NPM on Stock Returns was caused by unstable economic conditions which caused the financial performance of several companies to fluctuate and inconsistencies from several previous studies. This research was conducted to examine the influence of the factors of Market Capitalization Value, PBV, DER and NPM on the Stock Return of the coal sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2018. The required data was taken from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website for 2015-2018 which was obtained by 22 companies. The data in this study came from secondary data obtained through documentation techniques, data analysis with multiple regression using the Eviews program version 10.The results of this study are Market Capitalization Value has no effect on stock returns, PBV has no effect on stock returns, DER has a negative effect, and NPM has a positive effect on stock returns.
