Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja, stres kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Objek dari penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja di PT. Gentong Indonesia. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 53 karyawan di PT. Gentong Indonesia. Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah sebanyak 53 karyawan PT. Gentong Indonesia. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh dimana semua anggota populasi dijadikan sampel. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Penelitian membuktikan bahwa beban kerja berpengaruh secara negatif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Stres kerja berpengaruh secara negatif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan dan kompensasi berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Kata kunci: Beban kerja, Stres.This This study aims to analyze the effect of workload, work stress and compensation on employee job satisfaction. The object of this research is employees who work at PT. Gentong Indonesia. The population in this study were 53 employees at PT. Gentong Indonesia. The sample used was 53 employees of PT. Gentong Indonesia. The sampling method uses saturated sampling where all members of the population are sampled. Methods of data collection using survey methods, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. Methods of data analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS). Research proves that workload has a negative and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Job stress has a negative and significant effect on employee job satisfaction and compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction.
