Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji teori pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Kantor Pusat PT Bank central Asia Tbk, Unit Kerja Urusan Pemrosesan Merchant dan Urusan Administrasi Merchant. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja pada Kantor Pusat PT Bank Central Asia Tbk, Unit Kerja Urusan Pemrosesan Merchant dan Urusan Administrasi Merchant yang berlokasi di Jakarta Pusat. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 80 orang karyawan Kantor Pusat PT Bank Central Asia Tbk, Unit Kerja Urusan Pemprosesan Merchant dan Urusan Administrasi Merchant. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kausal dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah structural equation model dengan bantuan program SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, serta lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan, Lingkungan kerja, dan Kinerja Karyawan.This study aims to examine the theory of the influence of Leadership Style, work environment on employee performance at the Head Office of PT Bank central Asia Tbk, Merchant Processing Affairs and Merchant Administration Affairs. The object of this research are employees who work at the Head Office of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk, Merchant Processing Affairs and Merchant Administrative Affairs Work Unit located in Central Jakarta. This research was conducted on 80 employees of the Head Office of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk, Merchant Processing and Merchant Administrative Affairs Work Unit. The research method used is causal research with a quantitative approach. The data analysis used is a structural equation model with the help of the SmartPLS program. The results of this study indicate that the Leadership Style variable has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance, and the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
