Abstract

This study aims to find out how much the relationship between agility in learning (learning agility) in the ability to collaborate (collaboration skills) on employees at PT. Permata Bank Tbk. This study uses a quantitative approach with the correlational method, namely research conducted by researchers to determine the level of relationship between 2 or more variables, in this study the subjects studied were permanent employees who worked at PT. Permata Bank Tbk for the Jakarta area, with 102 respondents. Because this research is a correlation study which aims to test the hypothesis about whether there is a relationship between the learning agility variable to the collaboration variable, the researcher uses the Pearson product moment correlation test to test the hypothesis in this study. It is known based on the findings in this study found a strong relationship between learning agility in collaboration skills with a correlation value that can be 0.707 with a significance value (2-tailed) 0.00 <0.05 means that there is a strong significance relationship between learning agility variables on the collaboration variable assuming that the higher the individual learning agility, the better in collaboration. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk dapat mengetahui seberapa besar hubungan antara kelincahan dalam belajar (learning agility) dalam kemampuan berkolaborasi (collaboration skill) pada karyawan di PT. Permata Bank Tbk. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional, yaitu penelitian yang dilakukan oleh peneliti untuk mengetahui tingkat hubungan antara 2 variabel atau lebih, pada penelitian ini subyek yang diteliti yaitu karyawan tetap yang bekerja di PT. Permata Bank Tbk untuk wilayah Jakarta, dengan jumlah 102 responden. Karena penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasi yang mana bertujuan untuk menguji hipotesis tentang ada tidaknya hubungan antara variabel learning agility terhadap variabel kolaborasi, peneliti menggunakan uji korelasi pearson product moment untuk menguji hipotesis pada penelitian ini. Diketahui berdasarkan temuan dalam penelitian ini ditemukan adanya hubungan yang kuat antara learning agility dalam collaboration skill dengan nilai korelasi yang di dapat sebesar 0,707 dengan nilai signifikansi (2-tailed) 0,00 < 0,05 artinya terdapat hubungan signifikansi yang kuat antara variabel learning agility terhadap variabel kolaborasi dengan asumsi bahwa semakin tinggi learning agility individu maka semakin baik dalam berkolaborasi.
