Abstract
This study aims to determine the relationship between workload and job satisfaction at PT. X. The research method uses a quantitative approach with nonprobability sampling techniques. Nonprobability sampling for the technique used saturated sampling. A sample of 60 respondents were contract employees at PT. X. Measuring instruments used are the workload by Manuaba (Kusumaningtyas 2018) and the workload adapted by the spector (Putri 2018). The results showed that the relationship between workload and job satisfaction at PT. X. of - 0.255 with a significance value of 0.049. From the data analysis it can be concluded in general that there is a relationship between workload and job satisfaction in a negative direction. Keywords: Workload, Job satisfaction Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara beban kerja dengan kepuasan kerja di PT. X. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik nonprobability sampling. Nonprobability sampling untuk teknik yang digunakan sampling jenuh. Sampel sebanyak 60 responden merupakan karyawan kontrak pada PT. X. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah beban kerja oleh Manuaba (Kusumaningtyas 2018) dan beban kerja yang oleh spector di adaptasi (Putri 2018). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hubungan antara beban kerja dengan kepuasan kerja di PT. X. sebesar - 0,255 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,049. Dari analisis data dapat disimpulkan secara umum bahwa terdapat hubungan antara beban kerja dengan kepuasan kerja dengan arah negatif. Kata Kunci : Beban kerja, Kepuasan kerja.
