Abstract

This research has a purpose to find out the relationship between Self Efficacy and readiness work to the students of SMKN X Jakarta. The respondent in this research is student of SMKN X Jakarta, Class XII that has three majors, those are Hotel Accommodation, Cullinary Art, and fashion that have 120 respondents which are 83 girls and 38 boys. The method used in determining sample in this research is Proportional Random Sampling. Data analysis used the Spearman Rho Correlation. This result of research found the that is r = 0,574 p = 0,000 < 0,01. This means that the higher the self efficay will highher the work reainess and if the low self efficacy will low the work readiness Keywords: self efficacy, work readiness, vocational high school Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara self efficacy dengan kesiapan kerja pada siswa-siswi SMKN X Jakarta. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan siswa-siswi SMKN X Jakarta kelas XII ada tiga jurusan yaitu akomodasi perhotelan, tata boga, dan tata busana yang berjumlah 120 responden terdiri dari 83 perempuan dan 38 laki-laki. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan teknik Proportional Random Sampling. Analisa data yang digunakan Korelasi Rho Spearman’s. Hasil penelitian ini terdapat hubungan yang positif antara self efficacy dan kesiapan r = 0,574 p = 0,000 < 0,01 Artinya semakin tinggi nilai self efficacy maka semakin tinggi nilai kesiapan kerja dan sebaliknya jika self efficay rendah maka kesiapan kerja rendah. Kata kunci: self efficacy, kesiapan kerja, sekolah menengah kejuruan
